1st option for staying in Vic Falls
I am a travelagent and went to Vic Falls this time with my family which includes 2 small kids of 3 and 5years. At the Kingdom hotel we could get a family room where kids shared for FREE!!! Breakfast was not included for them though. This is a great 3
  • hotel - nothing fancy, but nice and functional and friendly and helpful staff. 4 pools including kiddies pool. Free wifi if you have your own laptop. Breakfast was great and right next to Spur and Panaroties where a burger is $10 (R70) and beer $2 (R14) so do not feel you have to buy dine around vouchers that some agents swear you just have to get! Also right next to falls entrance - 10min walk with kids (so adults would take 5min)- and saw waterhogs, baboons, 4 eliphants, tiny snake, bush buck and such in this short walk!! Diffinately my first options for clients!

Beauty of Africa
Vic Falls was outstanding.
Hotel - Excellent location.
Hotel - Poor service at the hotel.
Hotel rooms run down.
Outside appearance neat & pleasing.
Theft - video camera out of friend's room
Not sure if I will go there again?????

Kingdom was great
We spent two nights in a wonderful room. It is central to the market, shops and Falls. The food was great, the service was excellent and we had a great time.

Trip to Vic Falls
A must visit for anyone who appreciates the outdoors and nature. Kingdom Hotel is VERY well located. A walk away from the falls amd many other activities. However the rooms need an upgrade. Outside appearance of the Hotel is good. Service is slow and not too helpful at times.

Awesome
Our stay at the Kingdom was awsome. I had intially bokked for 3 nights, but ended up extending for a further 2 nights. Will definately be going back soon.

Okay
The place was nice and it gave us the feel of a holiday mood.the rooms are nice and spacious, but they just need a bit of upgrade with its looks. the bedding is very dull and needs some upgrade too...but the place is romantic and very relaxed.
