Accommodation was fairly basic, and the bathrooms in need of a revamp. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Joe. The lodge appeared to be a little run down. If the owners/management took a little more interest in the lodge and their visitors, it could be a wonderful place to stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, bedding nice, location excellent. Rates were reasonable, even the food prices were not too expensive. Bar prices were not excessive either. Suggestion: Why not offer a Pub Lunch menu with hamburgers and other easy to make meals? Also, offer more than the usual cornflakes for breakfast (maybe fresh fruit)and get new, matching crockery. All in all, a pleasant stay!
