The exclusive Mosi ‘O Tunya Lodge is built along the walkways of the banks of the Zambezi River. The chalets of Mosi ‘O Tunya sit 9km’s above the Victoria Falls.

The lodge is built around a central stairway where raised walkways connect the chalets to the sparkling swimming pool and the sundowner deck. It is a most stunning location, as while sitting on the decks, guests can view hippos in the rocky shallows, elephants searching the trees for food and beautiful palm trees. The gazebo is beautifully furnished and all meals as well as plenty of entertainment are provided here.

Accommodation at the Mosi ‘O Tunya Lodge consists of:

A main double storey lodge with 2 triple rooms on the ground floor and a family room and another double room upstairs. The ground floor is equipped with a well fitted kitchen, a sitting room with a television and a dining area. There are bathroom facilities provided on both floors of the lodge. The lodge is ideal for families and large groups of people. The ensuite lodge contains 6 ensuite bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen for those guests who prefer self catering accommodation. This lodge is more suited to couples or single travelers.

All the lodges have either air-conditioning or overhead fans to keep guests cool against the scorching Zimbabwean heat. Guests also have access to the swimming pool and the gazebo where they can watch DSTV.

Given its proximity to the Victoria Falls, guests at the Mosi ‘O Tunya Lodge do not have to travel far to participate in all the adventures and tours that are provided for them. Guided tours of the Victoria Falls which can include a helicopter ride over the falls, the Craft Village, The African Village and the Crocodile farm are available to tourists. For those thrill seekers out there, there are elephant back safaris, white water rafting, a jet boat ride, canoeing and much much more. Many wild animals roam the lands around the Zambezi and the Musi ‘O Tunya lodge and they can be viewed while on a game drive.
