a beautiful waterfront twin room . A lovely flower arrangement on each bed and a subtle mosi net. Fabulous surroundings and nice pool and bar area. Breakfast not sampled due to early start for bush walk. Easy to arrange activities at lodge. Only downside is away from town but near to falls. Beautiful views and departure for sunset cruise is at lodge. A beautiful and reasonably priced accomodation

We stayed one night at The Waterfront. The facilities are a bit old but well maintained. Staff are well trained and very friendly. Beverage and food prices are very reasonable.

Good accomodation, lovely food, quiet & relaxing place to stay. Owners couldn't be more helpful. Definately good to stay at of you want to get away from the bustle of Livingstone without being too far from the town

We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the Zambezi Waterfront hotel. The staff was professional and very friendly. Great gardens and a marvellous deck for meals and drinks. The rooms were a bit pricy, but the tents great value.

If you like the rustic feel and are not looking to pay over the odds for 5 star luxury then this is the place for you. It's got a great feel to it, right on the Zambezi and the people are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend getting a river view chalet. A great place to book all your activities from as well.

I eventually booked in at the Zambezi Waterfront with my guests and what a delightful experience. I can definitely without any hesitation recommend the Zambezi Waterfront. I remember taking a group of American friends there many years ago and to this day they still talk about their wonderful time there. That alone speaks for itself.
