A spectacular place with a true Mediterranean feel which is situated on the shores of Lake Kariba and is immaculate with its lit up corridors and amazing view of the ocean.

Accommodation at Carribea Bay consists of:

The Carribea Bay accommodates 83 rooms of which 41 are Casitas, 35 are Deluxe rooms, 2 are Casita suites, 3 are Deluxe suites and 2 are executive suites. Seventy four of the rooms have two single beds, seven rooms have queen size beds and two rooms have king size beds. Each room has a bath, shower, shaver socket outlet, overhead fan, air-conditioning, a direct telephone line, minibar - ensuites, television with colour satellite, CNN etc and radio (local, BBC World Service etc). Each room also has its own balcony.

The Carribea Bay offers wheelchairs for the disabled, a clinic, open secure parking, car hire, same day laundry service, local tours, safety deposit boxes, a touring desk, curio shop, hairdressing salon, babysitters, porters lodge and packed lunches, room service. You can relax outside at one of two swimming pools. For dining there are 3 restaurants - the Terrace Patio which seats 80 people, Pedro's with its a la carte menu seating 60 people, and the Pool area with a snack menu seating 100 people. There are also a choice of bars which are Casino Bar, Casita Bar, Jacana Bar, Service Bar and Round Bar.

For the business minded there are overhead projectors and stands, screens mounted and portable television monitors, slide projectors and Carousels, video cassette recorders, flip charts, pre-arranged photocopying, typing, fax and telex. There are facilities for Banqueting, Events and conventions. A choice of two rooms: The Masaisai Room hosting 120 people and the Secretarial Meeting Room hosting 10 people. The Carribea Bay really has very thing you need and splendid accommodation with a real tropical feel.

For fun the children can enjoy the playground nearby which has an array of things to do like supatube waterslide, tennis, trampoline, indoor games, squash and bowling. For the adults there is something a little more serious – blackjack, slots and American roulette.

Some of the wonderful attractions include tours taking you to Kariba Village, sunset cruises – a must on the beautiful Kariba Lake, awesome game drives, fun fishing or you can visit a Crocodile farm nearby. If you need to get rid of some energy why not have a game of tennis, squash or go bowling (nearby).
