Out of the 201 rooms 105 are non-smoking. The hotel is also paraplegic friendly. The Executive rooms offer all above including a minibar, in-room safe, bathrobes and trouser press, and the Suites all above including a minibar, trouser press and a separate lounge.

For the business minded there is a Meeting Room which seats 300 people and the Kariba Room which is divided into two removable partitions and dedicated break-out area with restrooms. The hotel equips you with a podium, microphone and sound equipment, AV, lectern, enhanced staging for a dance floor but they will need 24 hours notice. In the business centre there is a courier service available, secretarial assistance, basic business services, extended hours concierge service, flower arrangements and assistance with local entertainment at outside venues. A photographer, costume rentals and translation equipment can be arranged for you. For dining and leisure there are a choice of restaurants, firstly the Vumba Restaurant which overlooks the pool deck which serves breakfast, lunch and a dinner buffet. Silver spur is a perfect place for steak. On the property there is a hairdresser, on-site parking, service lift, business centre, audio visual equipment, room service is available, a great gift shop, airport shuttle bus, full conference and banqueting facilities and an outdoor pool. 1km away you can enjoy a stroll through the museum or 3km away take a walk in the Botanical Gardens.

For relaxation you have a magnificent swimming pool where you can swim and just relax in the sun. If you feel adventurous then you can enjoy a day at the Lion and Cheetah Park 18km from the hotel or visit the Snake Park is 16kms away. The Botanical Gardens are just 3km away where you can enjoy a stroll or just sit down and let your mind relax. There are local tours available which is a must if you want to explore the entire area. Taking you back in time you should visit the Domboshawa Rock Paintings 30km down the road. There is plenty to do and many ways to either relax or to explore.
