Portico 706, with stunning sea views, is ideally located on the beachfront of Blouberg, conveniently situated approximately 21 kms from Cape Town centre, and 21 kms from Cape Town International Airport.

This luxury, secure, up market self catering apartment with 2 bedrooms is on the seventh floor of the newest apartment complex in Blouberg (jan 08) and has stunning views of Table Mountain, the sea and Robben island. Enjoy a grandstand view of the kite surfers “strutting their stuff ” whilst taming the wild waves. The views inland towards Table View and the Stellenbosch / Ceres mountain ranges create another awesome vista.

The main bedroom has a huge king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. Curl up under the comfy duvet for a good night’s sleep. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a bathroom (with shower) adjacent to it.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, oven-stove, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier.

Lounge and dining room have designer furniture with a large plasma screen TV, satellite TV receiver, DVD player and internet access and amazing sea views opening onto a balcony from where you can see forever! Ideal for a dinner party and a romantic evening sipping wine while watching the sun set over the sea and the pristine white beaches of Bloubergstrand. Guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony as this is a non-smoking apartment.

The apartment has a secure, access-controlled underground parking with direct access to lifts.

If you don’t feel like cooking and eating in, there are bars and restaurants very close to the apartment and a delightful coffee shop on the ground floor for a hot cup of coffee and muffin or to enjoy a light lunch after a lazy day walking along the beach, whilst cinemas, a large shopping complex and banks are within 5 minutes by car.

One of the largest and most luxurious shopping malls can be found 10 minutes away at Canal Walk (the largest Mall in Africa), as can Ratanga Junction, a themed entertainment park.

Blouberg is the ideal place for wind surfing, kite surfing, running, cycling, walking and many other outdoor activities or for the not so active just lie on the beach soaking up the golden sun.

There are 2 local golf courses within 15 minutes of the apartment, and the Cape Town Waterfront shopping centre and many other tourist attractions are also nearby.
